Shoaib disclosed that Dipika underwent surgery. On his Instagram story, he shared a health update stating, 'By Allah's grace and your prayers, Dipika's procedure went smoothly. She is doing well, experiencing some pain, but nothing to worry about.' He also expressed gratitude towards the fans for their prayers.
Throughout Deepika’s health ordeal, Shoaib has remained by her side, providing unwavering support.

Earlier, the couple shared a vlog revealing the challenges they have been facing. After recovering from liver cancer, a 1.3 cm cyst (lump) was found in Deepika's stomach. Shoaib stated in their vlog that Dipika experienced stomach pain for two days, which escalated suddenly, leading to hospitalization. A CT scan identified the cyst.
Deepika's Fear
Shoaib admitted that ever since Deepika's battle with cancer, there's always a lingering fear of it returning. However, doctors clarified that this wasn't major surgery. Through a simple procedure, the cyst was removed, and Dipika must remain hospitalized for a few days.
Deepika, emotionally overwhelmed, said she was quite scared in the morning but was glad the problem was identified in time. She advised fans not to ignore mild pain and to get regular check-ups.
Currently, the procedure is successful, and Dipika is recuperating. During Ramadan, fans have been praying for her swift recovery, and her family is standing by her side every moment.
Dipika and Shoaib have a son named Ruhan. The actress was last seen on the celebrity cooking show MasterChef.
