Passenger Experiences

2. Manish Kumar (Passenger, Purushottam Express): "We're traveling from Delhi to Chandrapur via Purushottam Express. In Delhi, RPF personnel are assisting everyone to board. We're traveling at the door due to the vehicle's crowd, and even those with general tickets are forced to switch to sleeper or AC compartments due to the lack of space. Our reservation wasn't confirmed."

3. Saurabh Gupta (Passenger): "The train is overcrowded, but the police are supportive, ensuring all passengers have seats. We're heading home for the Chhath festival."

Sanjay Kumar Tiwari (Assistant Commandant, RPF, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Railway Division) commented, "We have meticulously planned to ensure passengers face no difficulties. Collaborating with railway departments like the GRP, we hold incoming passengers in a designated area to maintain clear foot traffic and prevent any rushes."

"Our personnel are ever-vigilant, focusing on controlling the influx as we are an intermediary station without originating or terminating services. Our primary task here is to ensure the safe passage of trains while maintaining order. Our team works around the clock, monitoring through CCTV and deploying a special Quick Response Team (QRT) to manage any criminal elements that may blend in with the crowd."
