In the district of Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, unsettling revelations have emerged regarding the conversion syndicate led by Chhangur Baba. Recently, Gopal Rai, the National President of the World Hindu Protection Council, claimed that the victims continue to receive threats to their lives. Speaking in Lucknow on Tuesday, he stated that Chhangur Baba's henchmen are openly threatening the victims. They assert, "Chhangur Baba will be released, and will teach everyone a lesson."

According to Gopal Rai, even though Chhangur Baba is imprisoned, his syndicate remains active. He clearly stated that the conversion racket has not been dismantled but has simply gone underground. "The gang that once manipulated young girls is now threatening them, pressuring them to withdraw their cases and avoid testifying," he said.

Gopal Rai claims that due to these threats, the safety of the victimized girls and women is at risk. They receive threats through phone calls, messages, and direct contact on multiple occasions. He also accused the police of negligence and the administration of inaction, thus granting this gang liberty. If the police and administration do not take stringent action, the lives of daughters could be ruined.

Previously, victims from Balrampur, Meerut, and other districts alleged that Chhangur Baba's gang is still operational. They claim that although Chhangur Baba was arrested, his network remains widespread across villages. They continue to receive threats, and several girls are reportedly still under their control. The victims receive no support from the police and administration.

As more layers of Chhangur Baba's conversion syndicate unravel, the narrative becomes increasingly dreadful. Exclusive documents and intelligence sources available to Aaj Tak confirm that this truth leads directly to the underbelly of the criminal world. Sources suggest that Chhangur Baba's network was not only deeply organized but also showed links extending towards India's most wanted, Dawood Ibrahim.

Awadh International Hotel: The Racket Headquarters

An astonishing disclosure has been made regarding 'Awadh International Hotel,' situated right opposite the High Court in Lucknow. This was the favored hideout for Chhangur Baba, his accomplices Neetu alias Nasreen, and Naveen Vohra. Documents reveal their frequent stays at this hotel, which served as their operational hub. Notably, an ID registered in Chhangur Baba's name confirmed his stays there.

Aaj Tak's investigation unearthed that this hotel was formerly known as 'Seema Palace.' Owned by Haji Cha, whose eldest daughter Seema was married to Dawood Ibrahim's brother, the hotel's proprietor was Dawood's father-in-law. Haji Cha reportedly owned multiple properties in Mumbai and maintained deep connections with several gangsters. Following the bomb blasts in 1990, the hotel attracted attention from Interpol and investigation agencies.
