In a strategic move to carry its development agenda to every household ahead of the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has kicked off a large-scale digital outreach initiative. At a grand event held at Ravindra Bhavan in Patna on Saturday, the BJP Bihar social media unit and IT wing ceremoniously launched the 'Modi Mitra Digital Warriors' campaign.

This ambitious initiative aims to recruit 10,000 digital volunteers from each constituency, who will work to communicate the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the NDA government in Bihar to the public.

Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal stated that this endeavor will strengthen the party's connection with the people. He highlighted that it’s not just an electoral strategy but the largest digital medium for public awareness, aiming to spread the initiatives of the NDA government and Prime Minister Modi's vision to every citizen.

In addition, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha emphasized the developmental milestones achieved during the NDA government’s tenure. He noted significant advancements in roads, electricity, education, health, employment, and digital connectivity. Roads have reached every village, electricity has been connected to every household, and democracy will be fortified further through digital platforms like Modi Mitra.

BJP Releases Missed Call Number

National Convenor of BJP's IT Cell, Amit Malviya, presented the campaign's technical blueprint. He announced a special missed call number - 9582157157, which anyone can dial to become a Modi Mitra. He stated that the goal is to train 2.5 million Modi Mitras across Bihar, engaging 10,000 volunteers from each constituency. Updates via WhatsApp are also provided through this number. Therefore, BJP has initiated steps to form a massive digital volunteer force before the elections, aiming to communicate its governance and the Prime Minister’s vision to the populace effectively.
