- PM Modi remarked, 'You have liberated this land from the shackles of RJD and Congress. It is this victory that ensures welfare schemes reach the neediest directly. Over the past 11 years, more than four crore houses have been constructed for the underprivileged under the PM Awas Yojana across the nation, with about 60 lakh homes in Bihar alone. Nearly 3 lakh impoverished families in Motihari district itself now have sturdy homes, and the numbers keep increasing. Under the previous rule of RJD and Congress, such a feat seemed unattainable. Those in power once crippled progress, making it difficult for impoverished families to even paint their houses, fearing undue repercussions. Today, Bihar is advancing thanks to the strength of the state's women. Measures taken by the NDA hold special significance for them.'
- PM Modi stated, 'Progress is swift in Bihar today because both central and state governments are dedicated to the state's welfare. In contrast, under Congress and RJD, Bihar received a mere ₹2 lakh crores during UPA's decade-long rule—a result of political vendettas against CM Nitish Kumar's government. In 2014, when you entrusted me with governance, I eradicated the politics of revenge against Bihar.'
He added, 'In the past decade, development funds granted to Bihar during the NDA's tenure have been exponentially higher than before. It is crucial for the new generation to understand Bihar's past, when despair was rampant, and evoke the stark contrast now. Under RJD and Congress, development was stifled, and funds failed to reach the needy. Bihar is home to brave individuals who achieve the impossible.'
- PM Modi declared, 'The influence once held by Western nations is now expanding in the East. Our ambition is for Motihari to stand proudly, just like Mumbai does in the West. We want the growth of opportunities in Gayaji similar to Gurugram and industrial development in Patna like Pune. To uplift Eastern India, Bihar must be developed.'
- The Prime Minister pointed out a young man in the crowd, noting, 'He has brought a complete model of the Ram Temple. Such exquisite craftsmanship! I suspect he wishes to gift it to me. I request my SPG personnel, please record your address on it, brother. I shall write to you. Ensure the letter reaches you through my SPG team.'
- Addressing the public gathering, PM Modi stated, 'Champaran is historically significant, inspiring Gandhiji. This land will shape Bihar's future.'
- Prior to Modi, CM Nitish addressed the public, pointing out that, 'Before 2005, previous governments achieved little. Bihar's situation was dismal. BJP and JD(U) formed a government and initiated change. We've been dedicated to progress for 20 years. Modi Ji has initiated special efforts for Bihar. The NDA government is doing commendable work for the state. We aim to create jobs for 1 crore people over the next five years. Electricity has been made free now, as free wasn't even a thought in the RJD's reign.'
- PM Modi has arrived on stage, joined by CM Nitish Kumar.
- The Prime Minister is conducting a roadshow and will soon address a gathering at Gandhi Maidan.
- PM Modi arrived in Motihari from Darbhanga via helicopter.
