Bhopal High-Profile Girl Drugs Case:
In a shocking bust, a 25-year-old woman from Bhopal, part of a high-profile family, has been arrested with MD drugs. Her mobile revealed a trail connecting drug supplies from Mumbai and Goa to Bhopal.
DCP Abhinav Chaukse reported to Aaj Tak that acting on a tip-off, the police apprehended Aksa Khan in Tila Jamalpura as she was about to distribute drugs. They seized 9 grams of MD drugs and an iPhone. During the investigation under the NDPS Act, a link to her boyfriend emerged.
Aksa disclosed that she received the drugs from her boyfriend who sent them from Mumbai, and she distributed them in Bhopal. Her phone's call detail report (CDR) unveiled a network involving local suppliers and a Goa-based DJ operator.
Mobile Contact with Goa DJ
DCP Chaukse mentioned finding five suspicious numbers in Aksa's call details. She contacted these numbers 20 times over 28 days. Two numbers belonged to family members, and two belonged to young men, one suspected of MD supply. The fifth was a DJ from Goa who previously lived in Bhopal and maintained contact with Aksa.
A few hours before her arrest, Aksa partied at a city lounge with four close friends and a woman. Police plan to issue notices to question them about the drug network's extent. Aksa's family lives in a highly posh area.
Free 'Doses' as Payment
Aksa is also a drug user, receiving free doses and a 20% commission for successful deliveries. Aksa admitted to using MD drugs for over a year, initially introduced to her by a friend at a hookah lounge.
