Dr. Naela Quadri Baloch is a woman passionately committed to the vision of an independent Balochistan. For years, she has been at the forefront of the struggle for Balochistan's freedom. She claims that Balochistan, once a sovereign nation, is now under Pakistan's illegal control, accusing the Pakistani government of human rights violations, resource exploitation, and genocide against Baloch people.

To realize the dream of a free Balochistan, Dr. Naela Quadri Baloch has founded a government-in-exile, appointing herself as its Prime Minister. Established on March 21, 2022, somewhere in Europe, the precise location remains undisclosed for security reasons. She is currently residing in Canada.

Naela has toured various countries garnering international support for Balochistan's independence, particularly seeking India's backing. She has appealed to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to raise the Balochistan issue at the United Nations (UN). Naela emphasized that PM Modi and the BJP government have an unprecedented opportunity to stand in support of Balochistan at the UN.

Naela believes that if India supports Balochistan at the UN, an independent Balochistan would, in turn, support India. She draws parallels between India and Balochistan, emphasizing the shared history of being marginalized on religious grounds.

Although the Indian government has not formally recognized the exiled Balochistan government, Naela frequently visits India. She visited in 2016, the year PM Modi highlighted the Balochistan issue during his Independence Day speech from the Red Fort. Her visits continued in 2023 and 2024.

During her visits to India, Naela described the dire situation in Balochistan, condemning the ethnic cleansing being perpetrated there. She criticized Pakistan's military for setting Baloch homes ablaze and selling organs of abducted Baloch sons.

Challenging China's CPEC, Naela Quadri Baloch declared it a death sentence for Balochistan, asserting that it's a military project disguised as an economic one. She opposed the sale of Baloch ports and the displacement of people for Chinese and Pakistani settlements on ancestral lands.

Born on July 18, 1965, in Pakistan's Balochistan province, Naela invested her education towards uplifting women's rights and status in society. In Balochistan's tribal culture, women's rights are often overlooked, amidst ongoing conflict and political instability.

Naela prioritizes preserving Balochistan's language and culture, emphasizing the importance of cultural identity for future generations to remain connected to their roots, language, arts, and traditions.

Naela Quadri has tirelessly advocated for women's rights and the Baloch community's socio-cultural identity. Her mission is not only to secure fundamental rights for Baloch women but also to ensure they receive equal access to education, healthcare, and employment opportunities.
