Ayodhya's Ram Temple, following its grand inauguration, will be open 24 hours for the public to visit Ram Lalla on Ram Navami. The Yogi government is gearing up for the event. Special crowd management plans are being devised for this occasion. Ram Navami falls on 17th April this year, and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed that the temple remain open all day and night, with preparations well underway.
As per directives, despite long queues throughout the day, no devotee should have to walk more than 2.5 kilometers. Arrangements for drinking water and shaded areas are also being made due to the heat. A well-thought-out plan will also be in place for the smooth exit of visitors post darshan.

Ram Navami at Ram Temple
Given the influx of devotees, the temple will also be open for 24 hours on Ashtami and Dashami, the days surrounding Ram Navami. Ayodhya is set to host grand events celebrating the inaugural Ram Navami after the pran pratishtha of Ram Lalla.
Efficient Crowd Management Plans in Place
The example was set earlier by the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, which had also opened doors for 24 hours on Maha Shivaratri. In a single day, 11.55 lakh devotees took darshan. Since the Ram Temple's inauguration, more than 1 crore people have visited Ram Lalla. It's noted, the pran pratishtha of Lord Ram Lalla took place on January 22nd in Ayodhya.
