Both Amazon and Flipkart have kick-started their sale events. The Prime Day Sale is the talk on Amazon, while Flipkart touts their GOAT Sale. Tempting offers on various smartphones abound, yet not all deals are truly beneficial for you. Often, some mobile phones are excessively promoted during these sales without reason.
Better options could be available in terms of features and prices, but certain phones are pushed in front of you as viable choices. We'll discuss a few such smartphones that you might want to avoid during these sale events.
Although iPhones are generally a popular choice, purchasing an iPhone 13 during this period might not be the wisest decision as it is available in the Amazon Sale for INR 48,799. Whereas, you can snag an iPhone 12 on
Flipkart
for INR 38,999. Neither of these smartphones is a worthy purchase in the sales season. You'll find them as better options post-September.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro is almost INR 28,000 on the Flipkart Sale. You might find many alternative options in this budget, offering more attractive deals. Some Motorola flagship phones do come with good offers, but think twice before wagering on their premium phones.
When it comes to budget offerings, most Motorola smartphones are available at a good deal. For Samsung, the Galaxy S23 is a better option than the S24 in the sale. It's an excellent purchase at a good price point, and it would be wise to opt for the S23 over the S24.

Bypass the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE as it comes with an Exynos processor that tends to overheat. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is also not an advisable purchase at the moment.
The Vivo T2 Pro is a decent handset, but its successor could be announced soon, which would render the T2 Pro outdated despite its last year's release. Waiting for the Vivo T3 Pro might be a more fruitful option.
Offline outlets occasionally offer better deals on Vivo phones. Hence, it's recommended to check in a physical store before making an online purchase. Also, steer clear of the Realme 12X, available around INR 12,000, as it feels hefty in hand.
The Realme P1 is good, but the Realme Nazro 70 Pro should be the choice for purchase, which will be available on Amazon. Dismiss the Realme C63. When it comes to Realme's premium models, consider whether you're willing to trust the brand with your hard-earned money.
Instead of the Poco M6, consider its Pro version. Likewise, ignore the Poco C65. Xiaomi's portfolio doesn't offer many options in this sale, nor are their phones bundled with irresistible offers. The same holds for Oppo, whose phones do not appear to provide value for money in the Flipkart Sale.
