Ever since Sanjay Singh walked free from jail, he's been zealously keeping Arvind Kejriwal in the limelight, typically succeeding in his endeavors. Singh's political statements concerning Kejriwal are aggressively impactful, often prompting the involved party to issue clarifications.

After a violent confrontation between two inmate groups at Tihar Jail, Sanjay Singh articulated fears for Kejriwal's life, hinting at potential assassination risks. Simultaneously, the Delhi government minister Aatishi was reportedly denied approval for a meeting with CM Kejriwal by the jail administration, a claim that the authorities have since refuted.

In response to Arvind Kejriwal's challenge to his arrest in the Supreme Court, the ED's submitted affidavit accuses the Delhi Chief Minister of serious charges such as destroying digital evidence - charges that present a serious risk to Kejriwal and his party's political future, should they be proven. Additionally, the ED has implicated the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) directly in the liquor policy case.

ED's affidavit in the Supreme Court lays down rigorous charges against Kejriwal.

In its affidavit, the ED refutes all of Kejriwal's allegations and justifies the arrest. ED claims that Kejriwal failed to appear despite nine summonses and accuses him of orchestrating a money laundering scheme with the collusion of Delhi ministers, AAP leaders, and others.

1.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has declared Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal the mastermind behind the Delhi liquor policy scandal, criticizing his lack of cooperation in the investigation.

2.

According to the ED, during the period under scrutiny for the liquor scandal, 170 mobile phones were replaced and destroyed, involving 36 individuals - a case of digital evidence tampering as per ED's reports.

3.

Countering the arrest as improper, Kejriwal's defense asserts that he was arrested during the Lok Sabha election period to prevent him from campaigning, which he argues undermines the principle of fair elections.

While the ED argues that no matter the status of a person, if solid evidence exists, they can be arrested - indicating a challenge to Kejriwal's fair election claims and suggesting that such an argument, if accepted, would grant criminal politicians immunity from arrest.

Kejriwal held the spotlight by Sanjay Singh

Upon his release from Tihar Jail, Sanjay Singh chanted 'The locks of the jail will break, Kejriwal will be free,' maintaining daily advocacy for Kejriwal since then.

1.

AAP MP Sanjay Singh questioned the safety within the walls of Tihar Jail and expressed concern for CM Kejriwal's life, citing the previous night's violence and security lapses.

2.

Singh accused the Tihar Jail administration of preventing Delhi government minister Aatishi from meeting CM Kejriwal. However, the administration clarified that separate meeting dates for Saurabh Bhardwaj and Aatishi were scheduled, with Aatishi granted permission for April 29. Additionally, these meetings aren't ministerial or administrative; they're between a prisoner in judicial custody and a visiting individual.

3.

Sanjay Singh wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging that Tihar Jail has been turned into a torture chamber to harass Kejriwal.

4.

Singh reports hearing from reliable sources that the LG's office is monitoring Kejriwal 24/7 via CCTV, raising concerns about excessive surveillance on an individual's activities.
