The Surat Crime Unit has arrested Vikas, the cousin accused of murdering a 5-year-old child and concealing the body in the toilet of the KA/C coach B2 of the Kushinagar Express in Mumbai. On a quiet Saturday night, chaos erupted at Mumbai's Lokmanya Tilak Terminus when the horrifying discovery was made.

An innocent 5-year-old's body was found in the restroom of the Kushinagar Express's AC coach B2. A tragic revelation linked the child to a missing person report filed on August 22 at Surat's Amroli Police Station.

The complaint suggested that the child's abduction was orchestrated by his own cousin. Based on this, the Amroli police began tracking the suspect's mobile number. Around 4 AM on Friday, the police team reached Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, collecting vital information about the child and the suspect.

News soon broke of a child's body found in the Kushinagar Express. The family was shown a photograph of the deceased, and they confirmed the tragic news: it was the child who had been kidnapped. This shifted the investigation from abduction to murder. Authorities are now delving into the reasons and circumstances that led Vikas to bring the child to Mumbai and commit such a heinous crime. The crime unit has successfully nabbed Vikas, who remains under custody as the investigation unfolds.
