The court has agreed to hear a petition that claims the Ajmer Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, located in Rajasthan, to be a Hindu temple. This decision has inflamed Bhim Army Chief and MP from Nagina, Chandrashekhar, who condemns it as a ploy to set the country ablaze with hatred.
Nagina MP shared on 'X' that leveraging the Ajmer Dargah to divert focus from pressing issues is a fresh ploy to stir national hatred. Chandrashekhar highlighted that the Places of Worship Act of 1991 clearly states that the nature of any religious place existing on August 15, 1947, cannot be altered, nor will the courts entertain such cases. However, he expressed regret over the flouting of law and constitution under the guise of fulfilling a Hindutva agenda, especially by those who recently paid homage to the constitution.
... To Prevent Incidents Like Sambhal: Chandrashekhar
Chandrashekhar questioned why these hate-driven forces are relentless in poisoning the country's environment. Not only Muslims, but Hindus and Sikhs also have unwavering faith in the Sufi saint Moinuddin Chishti Khwaja Garib Nawaz. The Azad Samaj Party (Kanshiram) urges the honorable Supreme Court to intervene in such cases, ensuring protection and enforcement of the 1991 Places of Worship Act, so events that echo the disgrace of Sambhal can be avoided.
The Azad Samaj Party stands in solidarity on all fronts, whether court, street, or parliament. It's essential to act with patience and prudence to thwart their malicious intents. Quoting the famous poet Rahat Indori, he penned, 'Believe that those in power today will not be tomorrow, they are mere tenants, not the landlords.'
What's the Issue?
The crux of the matter lies in the petition filed by Vishnu Gupta of the Hindu Sena, claiming the Ajmer Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti to be a Hindu place of worship, which has now reached the court. The lower court has issued notices to all parties involved, and the next hearing will be on December 20.
