Subsequently, MLA Chetan Anand lodged a report at the Phulwari Sharif police station. According to reports, the MLA's wife, Dr. Ayushi, submitted a complaint alleging that AIIMS guards committed misconduct and assaults. City SP West, Bhanu Pratap Singh, stated, "An application from MLA's wife Dr. Ayushi has been received, stating that AIIMS security guards engaged in pushing and misbehavior with the MLA and his supporters."
Furthermore, the AIIMS administration has filed a complaint alleging breach of rules and unauthorized entry into the hospital. Investigations will be conducted based on the applications from both parties, and appropriate legal action will be taken."
