In an exclusive conversation with Aaj Tak regarding the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, the state's Deputy Chief Minister, Samrat Chaudhary, discussed their strategy. When questioned about the BJP-JD(U) alliance, he affirmed that they will contest under Nitish Kumar's leadership. He explained that the decision of alliances is determined by the top leadership.

Yesterday Nitish, Today Nitish...

Samrat Chaudhary reiterated their commitment to intensifying development projects and curbing lawlessness. He accused RJD of wreaking havoc on the state, while lauding Nitish Kumar for guiding Bihar towards a brighter future, spurring growth across dimensions. As far as the alliance with Nitish is concerned, he declared, 'Yesterday it was Nitish, today it is Nitish, and it will continue to be Nitish.'

Stating the necessity of Nitish for development, Chaudhary criticized RJD, mentioning that Tejashwi's role is negligible. He remarked that Tejashwi doesn't comment on his father's era, which he claims turned the state into a wreck.

Samrat Chaudhary confidently expressed that there should be no doubt about contesting elections under Nitish Kumar's leadership. He recalled that even when their seat tally was higher, they appointed Nitish Kumar as CM, and this tradition will persist. He praised NDA's commendable work in Bihar and assured that all parties will continue to work cohesively on seat-sharing agreements.
