WhatsApp has released an exciting update, enabling iPhone users to operate multiple accounts on a single device. This update is targeted at iOS, currently available in the beta version for select users to test.
WAbetainfo, known for tracking upcoming WhatsApp features, revealed this feature named 'Multi Account.' Android users already enjoy this feature.
Many users possess two SIM cards for personal and work purposes yet were unable to use both accounts in one app on iPhones. They were left with the inconvenient solution of using the WhatsApp Business app, lacking a permanent fix.
New Feature in iOS Beta Version
WhatsApp now provides a solution with this innovative feature, 'Multi Account.' Although still in testing, it is being trialed for iPhone users. Within this new feature, users will be able to switch between accounts with ease by accessing an account list through a setting option or possibly a button beside the profile icon.
Adding a Second Account
Initially, users need to add a second number through the settings under 'Accounts.' Once the login process is complete, they can seamlessly switch between their accounts.

WAbetainfo also shared images of the upcoming feature, explaining the process of adding new accounts. Users can even register numbers that haven't been linked to WhatsApp before.
Distinct Settings and Pinned Messages
The new 'Multi Account' feature caters to user preferences, allowing distinct settings for each account. If users manage multiple accounts with varying settings or pinned messages, switching accounts within the app will automatically adjust settings accordingly.
