A dispute erupted over parking between two parties at the Gardenia Glory Society in Noida's Sector-46. During this altercation, society residents and security guards engaged in a scuffle. Bystanders captured the incident on video, which soon went viral on social media. The police have confirmed that one suspect is currently in custody and an investigation is underway.
According to reports, Navneet Yadav, a resident of Gardenia Glory Society, filed a complaint on Thursday at the Sector-39 police station. Navneet alleged that while he was discussing the parking of his car at Gate No. 2 with his friend, a security guard demanded a monthly payment of five thousand rupees. Upon protesting, the guard summoned his colleague, Sudhir Nagar.
Chain Snatching Allegation
Navneet Yadav accused the guards of abusing him verbally and physically assaulting him with sticks, further alleging that his chain was snatched during the attack. Navneet sustained injuries in this confrontation. It is also alleged that upon arrival, security supervisor Ravindra Chaudhary and society representative Prabha Gupta defended the accused guards.
