The police originally thought this case was simple

The shooters had accomplished their mission inside the hospital in the presence of numerous witnesses, leaving the police baffled. Who was Riyaaz and why was he targeted? The police initially thought Riyaaz must have been a gangster linked to a gang war. The case seemed straightforward, solvable in a flash.

The truth about Riyaazuddin stunned the police

As interrogation began with his sister Tarannum, a witness to the shooting, the police learned the shocking truth. Riyaazuddin was just an ordinary laborer from Delhi, grieving his recently deceased father, and suffering from an infection caused by drug use. Post-operation, he was on the mend.

Vasim was supposed to be the one on Riyaaz's bed

Riyaaz's death was meant for Vasim

The pieces of the puzzle fell into place. The shooters had come for Vasim as part of a gang war. The final unresolved question, however, was why Riyaaz was mistakenly targeted?
