The minor was driving the Porsche: Another witness claims
Sanket, another witness, asserted that it was indeed the underage accused behind the wheel. He described the Porsche as being excessively fast on the day of the accident, hitting the motorcycle so fiercely that they were unable to understand what happened. A girl died on the spot, flung 15 feet into the air, while the boy's body was left severely mangled.
Sanket mentioned that the accused had no chance to flee because the car's airbags had deployed. Besides the underage driver, there were two to three others in the car. Everyone managed to exit the car owing to the activated airbags, after which the crowd caught the accused and began assaulting him. 'I held on to the accused and handed him over to the police as soon as they arrived,' Sanket said.

Doctor Allegedly Tampered with Blood Samples
The initial medical report claimed the accused was not under the influence. However, CCTV footage from the pub and the car told a different story, showing the accused in a drinking spree with friends. The report surprised many and led to scrutiny of doctors and medical staff. The minor was first brought to Sassoon Hospital for a medical test, during which his blood sample was swapped with someone who hadn't consumed alcohol. Consequently, the investigation report couldn't confirm the presence of alcohol. This led to suspicion and upon retesting, alcohol was confirmed in the blood. It later emerged that doctors at the state hospital had tampered with the blood sample to protect the minor. The police have arrested two doctors including the HOD of the Forensic Department in connection with the case.
