Mangesh Yadav Encounter Controversy:

On the afternoon of August 28th in Sultanpur, UP, a robbery occurred at Bharat Jewelers. Was Mangesh Yadav part of this heist? CCTV footage captured five robbers; was one of them Mangesh Yadav? If this is true, how could Mangesh be robbing the showroom and simultaneously be 90 kilometers away at his sister's school? And why, after hearing about the encounter of his three partners, was Mangesh Yadav resting peacefully at home? These questions bring the case to the borderline of encounter and murder.

The Police's Repetitive Narrative

In Agraura village, Jaunpur, the family of truck driver Rakesh Yadav resides. They were four; now only three remain, for Mangesh Yadav is no more. Claiming it as an encounter, Mangesh was killed. Still, the UP police maintain their narrative, not seeing it as a crime. Every encounter, the UP police recount their same old narrative.

The Truth of Police’s Story

But this time, UP police are entangled in their story. There are so many inconsistencies in their tale that if unfolded, it could land many officers in jail. Let’s unveil the truth through their own narrative.

Mangesh was Sleeping Peacefully at Home

On the night of September 2, 2024, STF's plainclothed team arrived at Mangesh Yadav’s house. According to the family, Mangesh was peacefully asleep and had been home for many days. If Mangesh was involved in the Bharat Jewelers heist, and his three partners were encountered on September 1st, with the ringleader Vipin surrendering on September 4th, why was Mangesh waiting at home? Logically, he should have fled with the loot. But there he was, resting as if summoning danger.

Despite the continuous iterations, this time the UP police's narrative gets entangled.

STF’s Interwoven Narrative

According to the family, on September 2, when a bounty of 50,000 was placed on Mangesh, and it doubled on September 4, Mangesh wasn’t fugitive; he was in STF’s surveillance and then custody. But this isn't the whole story. The real tale continues.

An Unexpected Informant's Tip

As per the FIR, on the late night of September 5th, an informant tipped the authorities about two robbers trying to sell stolen goods. But how plausible is it for thieves to sell their loot at 3 AM? Yet, this is STF’s tale.

An Encounter Like in Movies

In this tale, Mangesh is told to stop, shoots, gets shot back, and dies. Despite being surrounded from three sides, Mangesh’s partner escapes on a motorcycle. Somehow, Mangesh, who never possessed a knife, suddenly had weapons. STF even showcases brand items that Mangesh never owned in his life.

With His Sister from 10 AM to 2 PM

Let’s examine the timeline of the heist and Mangesh’s encounter. The robbery at Bharat Jewelers occurred at 12:17 PM on August 28th. Meanwhile, in Jaunpur, far away from Sultanpur, Mangesh was with his sister Princy at her school from 10 AM to 2 PM, paying her fees, which Princy herself attests.

Despite the continuous iterations, this time the UP police's narrative gets entangled.

The Faulty Narrative of the Encounter

Mangesh's encounter occurred between 3:15 to 3:30 AM on September 5th. However, family members claim that police in plainclothes took him for questioning on the night of September 2-3. So, before the encounter, Mangesh was already in police custody. When the family shared this tale with the media, the STF’s narrative began to crumble.

The Lives of Four People Saved

But, another tangled tale emerges, saving four lives possibly due to Mangesh Yadav's exposure. These boys included Vimal Singh, Vivek Singh, Vinay Shukla, and Anuj Pratap Singh. Vimal and Vivek are brothers of Vipin, considered the mastermind of the heist. Vinay Shukla’s family even testified on camera about his abduction.

STF’s Bloody Plan Foiled

STF had detained these four lads, planning to show their alive or dead arrests post-encounter. But with Mangesh’s case grabbing attention, STF’s plan backfired. Sources say STF now wants to present their arrest to a Sultanpur police station. The local police, however, refuse to go along.

Why a Delayed Arrest?

The local police agree only if STF shows the arrest, but STF wants to avoid this because, after the family’s revelations, they’ll struggle to explain why the arrest is shown now after days of abduction.

Unveiling STF's Secrets

Lastly, the motorcycle involved in Mangesh’s encounter had been stolen from Jaunpur on August 20 isn’t even in media spotlight. The theft was reported 8 days later, immediately after the Bharat Jewelers robbery. If this truth unfolds, the entire STF narrative may crumble.
