The head of Maharashtra Congress, Nana Patole, has made a provocative statement regarding the Bharatiya Janata Party. Speaking in Akola, Maharashtra, he declared, 'The time has come to put BJP in its place. It's time to oust them from Maharashtra. This party, built on a bundle of lies, needs to be shown its rightful place.' He further accused the BJP of seeing themselves as gods, with their arrogance having grown unchecked. In Delhi, they view themselves as world guides, and in Maharashtra, Fadnavis believes he's divine. It's time to temper their power and show them their place.

Nana Patole criticized the BJP for spreading lies about the constitution, referencing a book Rahul Gandhi held and the reservation given to Muslims. At a rally in Akola for his party candidate Sajid Khan Pathan, Patole chided the BJP, claiming their ideologies stem from 'Manusmriti,' accusing them of keeping people impoverished so that a select few can rule.

Targeting Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Patole commented, 'Red is a sacred color in Hinduism, yet BJP associates it with Maoism. A newlywed wearing a red saree, her vermilion red—does it mean she's a Maoist? Someone needs to explain this to Devendra Fadnavis.'
