In Kannur, Kerala, a group of alert young men saved a little girl's life. While cycling, the girl was chewing gum, which got lodged in her throat, causing her to choke. Panicked, she cycled over to young men buying vegetables nearby. Realizing the gravity of the situation, one of the young men quickly applied pressure to her back, dislodging the gum and allowing her to breathe normally once more.
The CCTV video, now viral, shows the girl placing gum in her mouth while cycling. When she began feeling distressed, she approached the young men standing across the road for help. Understanding the situation instantly, the young men used their quick thinking to help dislodge the gum from the young girl.
Local residents are praising the girl for her mindful decision to seek help and the young man for handling the situation deftly.
