First Cabinet Meeting Post Operation Sindoor, Major Decisions Expected Under PM Modi

The much-anticipated cabinet meeting led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled for today. This marks the first gathering of the Modi cabinet following Operation Sindoor. The meeting will commence at 5 PM at Sushma Swaraj Bhavan, with PM Modi presiding. The agenda includes a comprehensive briefing on the success of Operation Sindoor, and significant decisions are expected.

This meeting coincides with the completion of one year since the public mandate for Modi Government 3.0. It also marks 11 years since the inception of the Modi government. The cabinet session will focus on discussing the government's accomplishments, with presentations from various ministries highlighting their work. The Ministry of Water Resources, along with others, is set to give detailed presentations to update the cabinet on their contributions.

Following PM Modi's directive, all ministries are collaborating with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to consolidate achievements into booklets. They have also been encouraged to harness social media to broadcast their accomplishments. A detailed comparison of the transformations over the past 11 years, contrasting UPA and NDA administrations, will be provided, utilizing statistics to illustrate progress. Direct engagement with beneficiaries of government schemes is also advised.

The government aims to communicate directly to the public the benefits extended by the center. Ministers have been asked to use media channels like newspapers to share these achievements during the celebration of 11 years of the Modi government. During the previous cabinet meeting, PM Modi highlighted significant events occurring throughout the month, such as Environment Day on June 5th, the one-year mark of Modi 3.0 on June 9th, International Yoga Day on June 21st, and the 50th anniversary of the Emergency on June 25th, urging a detailed discussion. At the NDA chief ministers' conference, PM Modi advised careful dialogue regarding Operation Sindoor.
