Swati Maliwal Case Live Updates...

- A Delhi Police team is escorting Swati Maliwal to the CM's residence to recreate the crime scene. She will arrive shortly, having departed from Chittaranjan Park for the CM's residence.

- Delhi's Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj, after witnessing a viral video circulating from May 13th, raised questions regarding its implications. He critiqued, "This May 13th video reveals certain truths. The woman is seen informing that she has already contacted the police, suggesting the alleged assault has occurred. The officer in the safari is a Delhi Police officer assigned to security. She doesn't once accuse them of assaulting her. In a video from May 17th, it's evident she can't walk properly, yet in this footage, post-supposed severe injuries, she is seen sitting comfortably on a sofa, dialing a phone, boldly threatening the police and Vibhav. She refused a medical exam when police asked on May 13th. Hopefully, more CCTV footage will emerge, exposing the truth."

- Approximately an hour later, the FSL team exited the CM's residence; however, the Delhi Police remained inside.

- The Delhi Police and FSL team reached the CM's house to investigate the matter.

- Devendra Yadav, the chief of the Delhi Congress, demanded strict action be taken if any atrocity against a woman has transpired. Following a thorough investigation, if anything concrete is found, stringent actions should be implemented.

- NCW, via tweets, stated that their officials, together with the ACP from Delhi's Civil Lines, attempted to deliver a hearing notice to Vibhav Kumar at his residence. When the household members refused the notice, the officers affixed it to the gates of the residence. The hearing is now scheduled for May 18th at the NCW office.

- BJP leader Radhika Khera criticized both AAP and the Congress as anti-women parties. "If such a significant incident occurred and Sanjay Singh accepted it, and FIRs have been filed, then why is Vibhav still accompanying Arvind Kejriwal? If their own Rajya Sabha MP isn't safe in the CM's office, how can they campaign for women's security? How can Priyanka Gandhi Vadra claim in the Congress office, 'I am a woman, I can fight.'?

- The Delhi Police have taken cognizance of the video. Sources from the police say they are gathering information about who filmed the video and who else may have captured videos during the event. The police are trying to ascertain the total number of people who visited the CM's house on that day, checking the registered attendance and CCTV footage from the waiting area if available.

- After Swati Maliwal recorded her statements under Section 164, it became apparent that she was struggling to walk outside the court. Her foot was injured, and she moved slowly downstairs. Aaj Tak posed several questions to her, but she didn't respond.
