The state of Haryana is witnessing a shocking episode amidst the elections, as the son of a Congress MLA openly mocks the law. Imprisoned for a major scam, Dharam Singh Chhokar's son, Sikandar, is seen meandering luxuriously across Haryana's roads without any police escort, despite court orders for supervised hospitalization. A startling video revelation has surfaced, prompting the ED to raid the government hospital, unveiling shocking truths.

Reacting to this, the ED has penned a letter to the Gurugram Police Commissioner and the DG of Haryana Jails, enclosing evidence of the MLA’s son’s rule-breaking spree. The ED has demanded that an FIR be filed against Sikandar, who flouted the Jail Manual with impunity.

Indeed, Sikandar Chhokar faces imprisonment due to accusations of a 4 billion rupee scam. Yet, his influence is undeniable as he feigns illness to get admitted to PGI Rohtak. From there, he freely roams Haryana's streets, chats on the phone, and holds meetings with party workers regarding his father's election campaign.

Congress MLA Dharam Singh Chhokar from Samalkha and his son Sikandar are embroiled in controversies involving a staggering 4 billion scam. The ED has launched a case against the duo, detaining Sikandar while he seemingly operates his empire from behind bars. The Punjab-Haryana High Court has even issued a non-bailable warrant, demanding MLA Chhokar's surrender or arrest.

Accusations against Dharam Singh Chhokar and his son involve defrauding over 1500 homebuyers, leading to a money laundering case initiated by the ED. In late August 2024, the Punjab and Haryana High Court dismissed Sikandar's bail plea. Subsequently, he manipulated his condition to dodge jail time under the guise of medical necessity.

Since his bail was denied, the accused has been admitted to PGI Rohtak twice: from September 2 to September 16, 2024, and then again from September 26 onwards. Allegations suggest no significant health issues, yet CCTV footage purportedly shows him evading legal boundaries and departing PGI Rohtak. Medical records corroborate this, revealing post-hospital escapades involving hotel stays, partying, using phones, and driving a Fortuner.
