Aman, serving as the city secretary for the BJP, operated the hotel in the industrial zone. According to officials, this was considered illegal encroachment and was actioned for removal. Plans are underway to establish a 35/11 KV substation at this location. Amidst a police presence, the administrative squad dismantled the hotel structure. Several BJP leaders were present attempting to halt the action, but ultimately, the illegal construction was removed.

This step was taken underlining Chief Minister Mohan Yadav's zero tolerance policy. Recently at the Global Investors Summit, an assertive blueprint for industrial enhancement in Madhya Pradesh was introduced. Resolving the Guna industrial area's power concerns involves establishing a critical substation, hindered by the BJP leader’s establishment. BJP leader Aman Nate expressed his displeasure, stating, "This hotel was established by my father. Suddenly labeling it illegal and demolishing it with no notice is distressing." He insists that no prior intimation was provided by the administration.

Tehsildar Explains the Reasons
Tehsildar Gaurishankar Berwa, attending the site, explained, "The hotel was illegally operating on industrial land designated for an electricity substation. Hence, its removal was imperative." He emphasized that this decision was crucial for accelerating industrial progress.

As bulldozers went into action, many BJP leaders converged on-site, trying to halt the proceedings. However, the administration stood firm, clearing the illegal structure entirely.
