With the formation of a new government in Delhi, several major decisions have been made. Among these is the directive for officials and employees to report back to their original departments. The personal staff of the former Chief Minister and ministers have also been relieved of their services.
Officials and employees who had been reassigned to different positions by the previous government have been instructed to return to their original departments immediately. Many officials were on deputation to various boards and corporations.
It is noteworthy that about a week ago, the former government had requested information on contract and personal staff from all departments, cuing them to return to their respective original departments.
